A gift isn't part of the traditional dinner format, but when I heard we'd be eating haggis, I decided to give Ross, our host, a gift anyway. It's a box of Haggis Helper that I thought might come in handy for the chef, but by the time I got to the Supper, the haggis was already cooked. Ross and the other guests thought it was funny. Dude!
